Flying way up there

Ilya
I am afraid of heights. I am afraid to drive on bridges. That last fact is sort of funny since I live in an area surrounded by water and by default bridges. I even run over what is now the longest cable suspension bridge in North America. Go figure.

Some fears are easy to conquer with the right tools. The tools may be a good attitude, good friends, or sometimes avoidance. Yes, I said it. There are times when avoiding something is the right thing to do. It may give you time to rest. Time to fortify, prepare, evaluate, and then attack. Or not.

Sometimes walking away is the best way to handle a situation. Just because you can does not mean that you should.

The only way to fly way up there is to launch when it is time. And only you can know when it is time. Ignore the naysayers, the do-nothings, the riff-raff. Focus on the prize. Focus on the vibe. Focus on the joy in the afterglow. Take a deep breath and soar.
