Flying not focusing on succeeding

Don't spend too much time worrying about succeeding. Sure, we all want it and we want to be around those who have it. Success is important, but do not discount the journey. The journey is where the lessons are learned, the alliances are formed, and our characters are developed.

If we are doing the right things, success will come. It has not choice. Be present in the moments before and after it comes. Because those are the stories that we will most remember and the ones we will share the most.

Don't aim for success if you want it; just do what you love and believe in, and it will come naturally.
