Trust and Visualize

Hello Dear Ones,
I found these words for you...
It's easy to have faith when things are going well.

But there are times in everyone's life when we have to fly on instruments,
just like a pilot making a landing in low visibility. She knows the land is there,
but she can't see it.
She must trust her instruments to navigate for her.

And so it is with us, when things aren't what we'd like them to be.

We know that life is always in process, and always on its way to greater good.

We just can't see that. During those times, we rely on our spiritual radar to navigate for us.
We trust there's a happy ending. By our faith, through our trust, we invoke its proof.

Excerpted from A Return to Love: Reflections on the Principles of A Course in Miracles

Visualizing is the easiest way to bring what you want into your life.

Some times in our "doing" we are spinning our wheels or pushing against the very thing we wish to bring closer to us.

So I love this quote:

"Leverage your time more by spending a little more time every day imagining
and a lot less time every day doing.

Do a little more imagining and a little more less doing.

Until eventually most of what's happening is happening in the cool, calm, anticipatory state.

Just imagine yourself into the successes, and watch what happens. Imagine a little more and act a little less.

Happy Birthday again D!

Aim High,

Cookie

I definitely get in my own way be doing and overdoing. For some reason, making something happen good, bad, or indifferent brings me the satisfaction that I did it, it wasn't done to me. I am learning that sometimes if I just sit still, the outcome can be sweeter without me lifting a finger.
