Flying with simplicity, a re-post sort of

Lately, I have been making things much more difficult than necessary. Those are the days I need to get outside of my own head. Because when I don't everything rolls around and around and around inside and rarely do I come up with anything inspiring or innovative. So I needed to post this again to remind myself and others that we do not always have the answers.

Have you ever made things more complex than necessary? Do you make mountains out of molehills? I do sometimes. Not sure why, it just happens. Maybe it is a fear of something. So today, I am challenging myself and you to take the simple approach. To look at the problem, situation, or journey and take the simple route. It may not be the easiest thing to do, but it will free us from all the 'stuff' that comes with complexity. Ask for help often and give it in return.
