Flying with access to God sent by Brenda Smith

This was sent to me by Brenda Smith. I just had to share the wisdom.

Access defined is:  Getting to a person. Pull up unformation that is stored in a computer.

Whether or not we Gain Access, or we are Denied Access in the age of computers becomes vital to our well-being in this world. We hear in the news about how people are gaining access to our identities, personal files, secret information, and things that we hold private.  I work in an office that employes DBAs(data base administrators), program developers, consultants, and program managers.  We are not only interested in building a system for internal access, for those who are priviledged to enter, but we are also very strategically providing the 'lockouts' from others who wish to 'lock in' and gather information that is not theirs.  We have firewalls, password security access, certification just to name a few that are in place in protect and secure your information.

This brings me to this point, back in the Bible there was an individual called a priest.  This one person was responsible to go direcly to God. They could pray and talk to God, worship, and even fellowship with God.  They could do this directly, but everyone else had to go through them to get to God. The priest had the privilege and respsonsbility of representing God to the people and ministering to the needs of other people(serving).

Thank God! that has changed - you have DIRECT ACCESS to God. You don't have to rely on anyone to gain access for you. You must not feel as if you are not a good enough Christian or believer that you need others to talk to God for you. When Jesus died on the cross, God ripped that vail from top to bottom, symbolizing that there is no long a barrier. "And behold, the vail of the temple was rent in twain from top to the bottom; and the earth did quake, and the rocks rent;" -(Matthew 27:51). As much as people want you not speaking directly to God, He wants you talking to Him. As much as others wish you would not pray, God wants you to pray. "Evening, and morning, and at noon, will I pray, and cry aloud: and he shall hear my voice." (Psalms 55:17) God is waiting to hear from you. He is never TOO busy that He does not take the time to hear his children when they call.

Jesus has access to your identity.  He knows exactly who you are.
Matthew 10:30 "But the very hairs of your head are numbered."
Jesus wants to hear from you.
Isaiah 59:10 "Behold, the LORD'S hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear:"
Jesus wants you to search for Him.
Jeremiah 29:13 "And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart."
Jesus provides the word and the light.
Psalms 1119:105 "Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path."

YOUR ACCESS TO GOD HAS BEEN GRANTED!!!

Please do not deny Him the honor and privilege of having His children come talk to Him.

Like any good parent, we want to hear from our children.  You are God's child, and He is waiting to hear from you.
