We all face times of insecurity and uncertainty. I find it is much more difficult to focus on those feelings when I am doing something productive. Doing something allows me to concentrate on what is happening now instead of what is I think should be happening. I am in the moment.
Inaction breeds doubt and fear. Action breeds
confidence and courage. If you want to conquer fear, do not sit home and
think about it. Go out and get busy.
