Flying in the present

Even when things get bad, it is important to live in the present moment. It is important to take it all in because the tide will turn. It always does. And when you get to the other side you must remember how you got there, what you went through, the choices you made, even the ones that you promised that you will never make again.
Being in the present does not require you to do anything grand. It just means that you must be awake to taste, smell, feel, see, and hear what is going on around you.

It is not necessary that you leave the house. Remain at your table and listen. Do not even listen, only wait. Do not even wait, be wholly still and alone. The world will present itself to you for its unmasking, it can do no other, in ecstasy it will writhe at your feet.
