Flying while flat

This is my tire. It was on the front passenger side of my car. I am not sure what exactly happened, but this is the outcome. I was minding my own business driving home on 526 the bridge part of the interstate about 10 minutes from my house when it happened. Of course I was in the left lane. I was so blessed that there was very little traffic and I managed to get over to the shoulder on the right without hitting another car or getting hit.

Right before this, I was thinking about how difficult the past two years have been and apparently God wanted my attention.

This could have been disastrous. I prayed right there in my car and am still praying.

The lesson I learned was that even those things are not exactly going my way, this did. I need to take notice of the good things and not pay attention to the not so good things.

The moment one gives close attention to any thing, even a blade of grass it becomes a mysterious awesome, indescribably magnificent world in itself.
