Flying while not flying happens when the odds are stacked against you and you are fighting to see clearly, yet you refuse to sink below the horizon. That takes strength and lots of positive reinforcement usually from yourself.
While it does not matter why you seem to be sinking, it does matter that you rebound. Your rebounding does not have to happen overnight. You deserve a break to replenish and to recover. Just keep your eye on the sky and climb back up. Climbing back up in a different place is not a bad thing, in fact a change in scenery and a change in scenario maybe the best thing to happen to you.
You may not be responsible for being down. But you are responsible for getting up.
