Flying while encouraging yourself in the Lord, pt. 2

You can be encouraged. LaVondilyn tells us the first Surefire way is to:

Use the Word of God.  

The concept here is to use the Word of God-not just read it and hear it....There are 3 fundamental beliefs that she has about God's Word.

1. The Word of God is true. 2 Timothy 3:16 declares that all Scripture is given by inspiration.

2. The Word of God is powerful. Hebrew 4:12 says it's sharper than any 2-edged sword.

3. The Word of God is Alive. John 1:14 says the Word was made flesh and dwelt among us.

There is healing power in His Word. My friend, there is comfort in His Word.
