Flying with life

I stole this quote from one of my dear sistergirlfriend's Twitter. Yes, my brother got me tweeting. If you want to follow me, find me (Locrunner). I chose that name because of my hair and the fact that I am a runner. Okay, I was hard pressed to come up something. I guess I could have just used my name, isn't hindsight wonderful?

Anyway, I just had to have this quote:

How true is that? Life is life. It does not pretend to be anything else. Nothing is truly promised to us. Opportunities are given and refused. The choice is ours. We can open our hands to accept or turn our backs in fear. We get out of life what we put into it. How are you adding to the riches of your life today?
