There are those days when the best you can do is enusre you have on clean underwear and matching shoes. You know what I am talking about. Those days when if you could you would crawl a bit deeper under the covers in your bed and wait for things to get better.
However, you will not know if things are better if you do not get out of bed. You will not know if things are better if you do not go out of your house. Unless, of course you have someone tell you. But where is the fun in that?
Take a chance. Get up. Get dressed. And walk out of the door with your head held high. That is the beginning of your victory. Once you have done that the rest is easy. Okay, maybe not easy maybe just easier. Much easier than waiting for things to get better.
It is better to conquer yourself than to win a thousand battles. They the victory is yours. It cannot be taken from you, not by angels or by demons, heaven or hell.
