Flying while overwhelmed, a re-post sort of

There are times in everyone's lives (lately a lot in mine) when life just seems to snatch control and go in directions that seem unimaginable and sometimes impossible and sometimes disastrous. It happens. And then times when just the opposite happens. Things are so good that we cannot stop smiling.  Both circumstances occur and both can be overwhelming. 

Those are the times when I cannot see my life clearly. Everything is blurred. Everything seems hard. I am full of fear. I am holding my breath. 

Breathe. Let go. Remind yourself that this very moment is the only one you know you have for sure
