Flying with coconut water

I have added coconut water to my fitness regime. At first I did not like it at all. Then I embarked on a research project with a new sistergirlfriend to sample all of the types of coconut water we could find.

Why?  Research has shown that it has more potassium than a banana, contains natural electrolytes, and depending on the brand, tastes great. Since I have at least 4 half marathons on my calendar this year, I will need all of the help I can get.
