Another great day for flying, re-post

This my inspirational thought for the day. "Far better it is to dare mighty things, to win glorious triumphs, even though checkered with failure, than to take rank with those poor spirits who neither enjoy much nor suffer much because they live in the grey twilight that knows neither victory nor defeat." -- Theodore Roosevelt

Try something daring this week and share it. To date my most daring event was running my second marathon. I was riddled with doubt and allowed unrealistic expectations to cloud my head. In the end I prevailed. Part of the marathon was along the trails of the Underground railroad. I was running 26.2 miles by choice. By choice because those who had come before me ran for their lives and the lives of those who came later. That is my inheritance, the ability to choose. I strive to choose wisely, but I know there have been many times when I do not. My triumphs and failures are a part of what I am leaving in my wake as I travel on.
