Once you go big, you never go twig! I love this saying that I heard on the trailer for a new show called Big Sexy. It is about women who are not a size two. I love the concept. These women are happy the way they are.
Are you comfortable in your own skin or are you trying to conform to someone else's standard?
What will it take for you to be happy exactly the way you are now? Are the changes you envision cosmetic, spiritual, or health related? Dig deep before you alter yourself. Remember you have to sleep with yourself at night when everyone goes home. Make the changes for the right reasons.
