First, let me give credit where credit is due. I stole this title from my dear sistergirlfriend Sharon Becker. Her blog www.revisedlives.com is amazing. But back to the boogey man under my bed, I know there is one under mine. Although I am older enough (okay, way past old enough) to know that the boogey man does not really exist, somehow I have given him or her power over my thoughts from time to time. I allow unsubstantiated fear to invade my space and practically suck the joy right out of my life. And lately, I have been allowing that much too much. I am not in control. I can do my best to be prepared, but I must stop being afraid and worrying about things that probably will never happen.
Here is an excerpt from Sharon's blog:
How do I know when the boogey man is under my bed?
