Flying becoming ourselves
It is good to have role models, mentors, and others who are in our corners loving and supporting us. In fact, it is better than good, it is essential for living our fullest lives. It is a crime to take on the persona of those we admire. Taking a few lessons or advice is wonderful, but never forget that you are your own person with your own gifts. It is too easy to fall prey to copying another. The true challenge and test is to meld those marvelous gifts they provide into our own uniqueness.
