For a very long time, no one told African American women that they could fly, so there are very few of them as commercial pilots. This website is for inspiring women to fly. Flying being defined as succeeding. Succeeding defined however you decide. We are simply here to tell you sistergirlfriend, YOU CAN FLY!

Flying with iJWalkN
You must check out http://www.iJWalkN.myblogsite.com. It's my brother's blog. I will admit that I was a bit curious when he told me that he had a blog. I do not ever remember him writing a sentence when we were growing up. I also liked being the blogger in the family (maybe a bit of leftover sibling rivalry...) MOVING on, he has created a very cool blog. It is not always easy to read because he does not write in standard English, but that just adds to its rawness. It is rough and that it exactly how it should be, straight to the point without any pretense of frill, lace, or sparkle. I am proud of my brother and surprised, pleasantly.
