Flying when you are not flying (a re-post)

When things are not going well we should still love ourselves. In fact those are the times when we should love ourselves even more because that is the time when we need it the most. We are deserving of love all of the time.

 

It's easy to have faith in yourself and have discipline when you're a winner, when you're number one. What you got to have is faith and discipline when you're not a winner.
