I have not problem telling people my age. I am 51. I love this picture of Georgette and me. Yes, we are fabulous and yes we are over 50. This is after we ran over the Cooper River Bridge and back for a total of 6 miles. I love this picture because it shows others that age is just a number and we all have one.
Age should not be a limiting factor is achieving goals or getting in the best physical shape of your life. No excuses, just hard work. And a bit of fun.
We love being active and sharing our stories with others. We are fearless.
